Miami is one area I am taking a close look at, there are lots of deals going down and I don’t expect it’s going to stay like this for long. Even with the inventory levels there will always be demand in South Florida so I think at some point it will come back strong.

Our inventory levels are at all time high levels, what we are starting to see is a lot of bargain hunters coming into the market. A good percentage of the inquiries are coming from other countries such as The UK, Canada, Australia and South Africa. There is money out there but people are holding on to it pretty darn tight. Prices are not holding and if you need to sell then be prepared to take some heavy losses depending on when you bought your home. The high end stuff is getting hit very hard.
