Overture hasn't been updated for a while and is useless.

There's a few tools that can help out. the first is Overture's keyword selector which will give you the monthly search volume in the Yahoo network. Just remember to multiply by four to account for the rest of search traffic (Yahoo typically handles about 25% of all searches).

The second tool that can help out is at http://tools.seobook.com, which has a bunch of handy SEO tools.

I've also found some good tools to use at webuildpages.com.
