online marketing? the best i can find so far is maybe register.com

i would like to find an online company who can handle all my needs and can create my online vision of how i want my site to look and operate. i have tried do it yourself templates and have found them completely lacking for what i want to do.

a runner-up is aplus.net and volusion.com, although i've recently read some bad reviews about volusion and i am rethinking that. i know yahoo has some web services they offer but nothing jumps out at me. i have searched around a lot and i am now frustrated with the process. i want to get that feeling of ah yes, i am going in the right direction before blowing a bunch of money on something i am not excited about. thank you for reading this question.
