First of all get rid of all the free software utilities that you have on your computer. Then try to get windows defender. Install it and run it. It will clean lot of spywares and adwares. Then go to trendmicro website and get a free scan of the system done. Its trustworthy. Once the results are there go ahead and clean the system with the help of AVG (free) antivirus. Its also a good product.

Its should help you.

SuperAntiSpyware is a good free program to have, comes with a tool to stop your homepage being changed.
