Default There is a tax issue in research. should we renovate low income housing or build

new low income homes.? The question is self explanitory. Low income housing cost tax dollars. If we renovate it still looks new. If we build it may cost more. The homes that we do not renovate are the ones with asbestos.That can be poisoning to us. The rest are only about 25 years old. They need renovation, and help. It appears that it cost less to build new homes. From what I see supplies are not costly. Why are we spending more money on new homes, and killing more area of land?
