Default Does Lowe's Home Improvement always charge you a dollar or so too much when

paying with Credit Card? I purchased an item for 24.49 and my statement showed up at 25.49. Is this happening to everyone and if so what should we do about it?
Ok I was charged an additional dollar on my statement AFTER taxes... I do understand the concept of taxes when purchasing an item. So yea the statement is showing 25.49 and my receipt is for 24.49. This is the 2nd time it's happened in a row and I was wondering if anyone else was experiencing this as well....

when you purchased you item at lowes your receipt should have read 24.49plus tax. Make sure also you allowed for taxes. when you recieved your first bill (statement) it should not have added a finance charge. If it was the next statement then you should have had a finance charge added. Most companies give you about 20 days before they start adding the finance charge. If neither of these is the case I would go back to customer services at Lowes at register a complaint and ask them why? We dont want this happening so we all as customer have to watch out and raise there attention to it as this as a problem if it is so.

No, they do not add extra if you pay with a credit card. If it wasn't tax then you were charged wrong and they should fix it.
