Default Does anyone have any advice and experience about how to locate, buy and renovate...

...a derelict property? For example, how do you find out who the owner is? How much cant you expect to pay... for example, is there a certain percentage rate or discount for them? And are there any special taxes to consider? Do you need to go through the local council?

Not to be disrespect full of you but the little knowledge you seem to have don't bother to try because someone will beat you to the property and if you employ people to help you achieve your goal your are likely to get ripped off. If your are in the south wales area I can give you some advice. (I am an ex builder)
