Blackstone Group sold $24 billion of Equity properties
they bought Equity Office for $39b

they are about to make a large profit once they sell more properties

analysts estimate already a profit of $2.5b.

i told you they are making a hefty profit out of this

they will make way more than $2.5billion out of this deal

I wish I worked for Blackstone Group... Those guys probably get paid a huge salary from these deals..

Yeah, man. Those guys are making big bucks for real estate flipping. I wish I work for their company. The principals just made a lot during their IPO cashout. This blog has an article on them:
