This is crazy. They have all these requirements for buyers:

Doors open at 10 AM
Limit to 2 units per customer
$3,000 deposit required
First come, first served
All units to be sold in 60 days
Must be pre-approved by on-site lender

Makes it sound so competitive. It's not in that special of a neighborhood...
