MRP Realty received approval to begin this $350m project in NoMa.
600k sq ft office
250 unit residential
150 room hotel
7k sq ft retail

to be completed in 2010

sounds like another big project coming to DC.
i am excited...

the lot must be very small
only 7000 square feet retail space???
