Default Blackstone Group and Columbia Tower, Seattle
Blackstone Group just sold Columbia Tower in Seattle that it acquired thru its Equity Office deal. Wow, buyout a public company, then sell its assets one by one.

A lot of profit there!

yeah blackstone is going to be RICH

i heard they are trying to start a REIT from the equity properties

who knows?

i wish one day i can take over a REIT thru leverage buyout
