Default Crescent sells its hotels to become a fully office reit
Crescent Real Estate in Texas sells its hotels to become a fully office reit. they also plan to cut expenses too as a part of their new business model.

i have never heard of Crescent Real Estate before...

anyone got some history of their company...

i am thinking of investing in some reits
