Default Las Vegas Sahara Hotel - $400M
Las Vegas Sahara Hotel is to be sold for $400m.
It was acquired for about $200m 12 years ago.

FYI.

If you have not been to the Sahara hotel before, here is a website for it.

Further, do you guys think $400m is a good price for that hotel? I think it's a tad bit expensive. Then again, Vegas hotels rarely have vacancy...

Yeah. It's on the STRIP!!!
Hotels on the strip are priceless... That land will stay valuable forever.

Eventually someone like Wynn will want to knock the hotel down and build another highrise...

Yeah, anything on the LV strip is priceless. 400M is a decent price for something as nice as the Sahara, even though its not that great of a hotel. It does have its prized name...
