However, here in Minnesota, we are such a large, large supply of homes, condos, townhomes for sale on the MLS. It is a truly a buyer's market. As a result, sellers are really need to put their property in tip top shape, as well as hire a top real estate agent in order to market the home for sale.

There is no right or wrong answer. But at least here in Minneapolis, home sellers are really forced to look at having top realtors market their home on MLS and through other advertising sources.
