16,000 single-family homes 8,000 condos on the market in Lee County November of 2005 0 homes sold in Cape Coral under $150,000 5 sold for under $150,000 in Lehigh Acres What this translates to is buyers have a lot to pick from at 2003 prices, which spells tremendous bargains for buyers! The weather today is Sheer Tourism Council......Why wouldn't you want to buy a home in Florida-prices are great now and there is just nothing like laying at the beach in NOVEMBER and December while folks in the North are trying to just stay warm?
