Default leases - lawyer?

hey
just curious
do you guys use lawyers to draft out your leases???

I would just get a copy of a lease document online. Those are great sometimes. And best of all, a lot of them are free!

No I don't, I use an online legal service that builds it for me based on the state, my preferences, etc. It's a lot cheaper and just as accurate legally, here's the link for the landlord lease agreement builder.
