Seems like a nice property. Is there a tenant? When was the building built? What is the address?

Thanks!

What's around the property? Any pictures?

What is the potential rental income like?

Default income potential

you can get $ 36 per foot plus from AAA NNN national tenants

if you build it to 5000 feet thats about 165,000 net per year.

nothing is next to it but near to it is echo lake/marina, lake audrain, 2 snow parks, sierra at tahoe, pacific crest and tahoe rim trails.

mypictures are to big for the forum email me directly for them

Sounds like a decent property, except I don't live in the area. I feel that you should keep it yourself.

$180k a year is good income...

Looks like there are some great property deals to be had in the states. I feel like crying when I see the above deal when compared to the kind of prices you would pay in the UK. Extortionate is the word.
