Property managers are not all good
dont think u can hire one and make money without doing work
some just dont lease the property for you
because they just dont care

keep that in mind

even if you find a good one, they cost money too...

They do cost money, but they can relieve a lot of stress. They also cut into your revenues. If your time is worth more than what you are paying them and they are doing a good job, let them do it.
