How do people get on these shows? How do you contact the companies? Is there any compensation are just public humiliation?

There is a link on the station's website where you can see if they are accepting applicants and apply if they are. I'm not sure if they compensate you or not.

I have received both a direct e-mail from the show and they also contacted our local board of realtors when they were looking at doing shows in Memphis. I think they target specific areas more than taking applications. I did not call them.
