Default Marketing to Real Estate Investors?

I will have a website online in about 2 weeks. The website will be very useful to real estate investors (residential and commercial) looking for funding.

I would like to be associated with Real Estate Investors clubs throughout the country and have their members use my website for funding. Ideally, it will be an integral part of their website.

For everyone out there, what do you think would be a good offer for investors to try out this website? Waiver of membership fees for 1 year? Discount off of posting fees?

Any thoughts will be appreciated.
TB,

Thank you for the comments. Getting a booth at Learning Annex was considered but they are beyond what my initial marketing cost allows.

To direct clients to the website, I will have real estate investors mailing list that I will send a postcard to. Also, keyword advertising through Yahoo and Google is also considered.

My main concern is to get Real Estate Investors club involved and promote my website for their members to use. To ask them to promote my site, I would need to offer their members something special or the club itself something unique.

The website is not complete and most likely will be complete within 2 weeks. It is in testing phase and will undergo design changes for aesthetics.

The URL is: http://www.ActionInvestorNetwork.com

It will be online within 2 weeks.

Thank you.

With personalized email marketing you can offer a different incentive based on the investor's income level, or other criteria. (So you don't have to give away an annual membership to everyone to gain their business.)

Obtain a segmented email list based on a few criteria (occupation, income level, etc.) and use that in conjunction with a PURL or personal website using personalized graphics and offers based on the prospect's personal information. Prospects visit the PURL, voluntarily input valuable information, and take advantage of your offer.

This serves several purposes: 1) You increase response rates by marketing to a targeted group 2) When the prospect answers your questions on the PURL you learn about their wants and needs and can then personalize future communication 3) You're also building a mailing list. This is an inexpensive way to increase your market reach and ROI.

Variable Thinking, http://www.variablethinking.com is the best company I know for this service.

E-mail marketing works. Forum posting is also good. Look for niche forums like this one - fast real estate.
