i'm asking this question in hopes someone can help me answer it. i need a list of the different people that creates a team, such as a general contractor, plumber, landscaper, etc.

I assume you mean a real estate development team, because
for an investor team the primary requirement is a healthy stash of cash.

For a development team, you'll need -

- Project Manager
- Architect
- Construction General Contractor
- Construction Manager
- Marketing Agent
- Real Estate Attorney
- Accountant (depending on the size of project)
- Investors

Several of these roles can be performed by the same individual with the necessary skills and background (and time of course). In my experience, the most critical member is the project manager. He/she holds the group together.
