Default What are some good ideas for degrees I could get in College and move on to a...

...career in real estate invesment?? I'm not sure what to focus on as a degree for a career in the field of real estate invesment, or invesment banking. If any one has any general tips that'd be great! thanks!

I think that real estate is pretty flexible. A major that emphasizes business would probably be good. For investment banking, finance or a related field would be appropriate. With either path, try to get an internship junior or senior year to get some experience. A lot of internships lead to full-time jobs if you gel with the company. Good luck!

Business, real estate, economics are good degrees to get. So are urban planning, construction management and architecture. I agree that they are flexible.
