Default Tenants In Common
Has anyone used TICS as a 1031 exchange. Did you have good or bad experiances and do recommend a TIC broker? Thanks All! Larry

I know a few apartment investors that use them because you can't 1031 a membership interest in an LLC, but you can have a diiferent LLC for each investor(s) and have the LLCs be the Tenants in Common.
