FOR EXAMPLE: Net Profit after all expenses is 40,000 Investor get his initial
investment purchase money back pus 70% of 40,000 = $ 28,000
I make $ 12,000.
Then we buy another property and do it all over again. My goal is to
Buy and Sell 3 to 5 properties per year with an Investor.
