Exclamation Managing my contacts better

There is no question that buyer inquiry levels and completed sales are much lower of late - My clients have been calling me much more often aksing me how the marketing is progressing, recently the person selling the property has become a different proposition. I find we are staying much closer to buyers than in the past, I have worked much harder at staying in contact with prospects using database and email contact on a regular basis and letting buyers know whenever we list new property - using database email technology has been a great help here and it gets the phone ringing almost straight away on new listings. Using technology is keeping us well in the fight even when the property market is a little flat, if your not collecting email and building a database then I would get with the times and make a start. One thing that comes from a database of buyers is sellers.

Default Agree totally

Drip email marketing is great. If I get a prospect, they will receive at least 1 email if not more per month in order for met to stay fresh in their memory.

Great are you able to expand on how you have this setup for us? What do your emails consist of?

I'm eager to know how effective is email marketing in real estate industry nowadays to the fact that there are many scammers in the world of internet. Some clients don't trust in emails today.

Email can be the most effective tool if it is used correctly. Use opt in / opt out software. Keep your mailers as targeted as possible - Used with some smarts it can get you sales and listings.

I think you have to book a webdesign company to create a MYSQL database for you, and you have to tell them to give you the posibility to create some reports when needed.
