Default Tenant wants lease extended for another 10 months. Do I pay commission again to...
...the Real Estate Agent? Lease was for 2 years and I paid my real estate agent 6%. Agent split the commission with the agent of the tenant. Tenant wants to extend the lease for another 10 months. Are there commissions to be given to my original agent or the tenants agent. Thanks.
