Default Closing Gifts Anyone?

I'm not a real estate agent but I think that offering your clients closing gifts would be ideal and it would prompt great referrals from them to their friends. Anyone ever considered doing such. It does not have to be a really expensive gift. It could be a simple house-warming gift for the kitchen like Tupperware products or a gift voucher from Lowe's for $100. Just my thought on that.

Yeah, housewarming gifts would be nice. Seriously, you make tens of thousands of dollars from one house, you might as well spread the love...
