Default Debate about Spanish property market

There still remains some confusion about the situation of the Spanish property market. Last Wednesday Nubricks, an overseas property blog, arranged a debate with three top Spanish property experts. These have discussed whether the Spanish property market will boom or bust in 2007.
The debate mentions the possibility that the oversupply of properties will have its effect on the Spanish property market. These effects will only be restricted to the regions where this oversupply occurred. Malaga is a region which loses popularity because of their oversupply.
According to the experts, the boom of the recent years is over and the Spanish property market is preparing itself for a soft landing. The rapid growth of recent years is slowing down which, eventually, results in more realistic prices.
The Spanish market at the moment is a buyers’ market and not a melting market where properties will be given away under value. The properties in Spain include a much greater overall package and value than what is offered in the emerging markets. If looking for a holiday house or a permanent residence in Spain, now is a good time to look around.

Really? I just make a trip to Spain and decide to move to there. And I want to sell my actual home and buy a new one there. But I don't know the real estate marketing very well there. I only know some area in some related sites of Spain, costa del sol property and buying property in spain . I want to know more about the property information in Spain. And I don't think living in the tourist places is a advisable choice, such as Barcelona and Tenerife.

Do you find the real estate in las palmas property and tenerife estate agent is crashing now? Does it mean that it’s the time to invest real estate in Spain now? Or to buy a house in Spain for living may be also a good idea.

In the center of the historical town of Binissalem this 130year old townhouse has been completely reformed in 2006 to the highest standard. Just traditional materials have been used to give this house a unique character. The house is located in a very quite area of the town and just 5 min. away from the market place and train station. If you are looking for a pleasant and tranquile place to spend your holidays or more, this is the perfect house for you. Due to the real estate agent, spanish property and investment property spain .
