Default What mortgage tools do you reference clients to?

I'm working on setting up the website for my small office in NC, and I'd like to provide tools to our users that they actually would find useful - I found a really good mortgage calculator at The Best Free Mortgage Calculator - this is an obvious one though - what other useful tools do you usually put up on your site? (I like this calculator because it does taxes, pmi, home insurance *and* the mortgage payment - which i think gives a much more accurate picture!)

I would suggest to visit myloanexpert.com where you can get quotes from 4 top lenders. it saves you time and you can also get great interest rates. I have benefited from their services.

Thanks,
Pete
