What i mean is that if they think it is gross to both use the same mouth piece. Is there a way to change the mouth piece every time or some other way?

you can use 2 different reeds and use the disenfectent spray or just use the disenfectent spray with the same reed

you could buy another mouthpeice or use disinfectant spray
