This is what I must do to force the defendant to make good on a small claims judgment I received 5 years ago because I have been unable to collect by other means (e.g. garnishing wages, siezing bank account, etc.) I have even hired a collection agency or two with no luck. Can I hire an attorney to do this and does this procedure have a technical legal name?
