Write up a contract with an offer 7. Negotiate 8. Home inspection +/- mold, radon etc. (be there while it is inspected) 9. Request for repair/replacements based upon inspection 10 Appraisal (no need to be there) 11 Termite inspection (no need to be there) 12 Loan submit to underwriting 13 Loan approval 14 Closing |
