Default Can anyone help me in getting money to invest in New York real estate.?
I am 17 and a half years old. I don't want a loan. if you can provide me with grant numbers, subsidies or something. please put down agencies other than HUD. I want to get started as in yesterday.

So you want someone to give you money (not a loan) so that you can invest it and make money?

Yes, I guess you are 17 and a half! Come back when you are a man and have some more substantial business ideas and knowledge to ask about.
