Default need internet site for home sale by owner denver co?
I live in Texas. Sister died in Denver. It is a fix-up house that I need to sell quickly. Would like to find online buyer. What sites do I look for?

zillow.com is good.
they also give you a computer generated appraisal as well as a "Make me move" feature, where you can tell people who snoop at your house virtually that they can pay $1 million for this house worth $100k right next to their new home.

Do you have something in place to show perspective buyers the home?

Be wary of online buyers, fraudulent transaction take place regularly online, so just be careful.

I was just on a site www.homesbyowner.com. They'll help you sell your home. Also ran across yahoo real estate website and also many go to ebay. People can place bids for your house on line. Good luck!
