It would seem some areas are immune to the property downturn. Buderim agents who only a few months ago were seeing a slump in sales inquiries and contract are now seeing a bit of renewed interest in properties for sale. Again listings are in demand and agents are busy finding new vendors to satisfy the levels of inquiry. Buderim set a record in terms of the largest residential sale on the Sunshine Coast with a lakeside property going for in excess of 8 million. (Ken Guy Real Estate)

Yeah Buderim is in QLD Australia and the boom goes on despite the down turn in the rest of the country! I expect it will come off the boil this year..
