Default How Do I gain a NY Real Estate Licence if I live in the UK?

I live in the uk but would like to do my real estate licence so I am able to work in nyc and would like advice from somebody who has done it before or who knows how to go about it

You can't. In New York State you must attend the required courses in person and pass a finger print check. NY does not have any online education options at this time.

You can take an express class which will allow you to pass in a few weekends if you go full time, But you will still have to do the 45 hours in person. NYU has a great express program as does Hunter University. There are others of course.
