Default help I'm trying to save to buy a house so i have a roommate but shes driving me

nuts what should i do? the problem is i'm neat shes messy so she knows i will clean up after her.Plus she has a 7 yr old child part time and when he comes over they "take over" the whole place(food/toys all over)he runs screaming thru the house when i'm on the phone or watching tv.the worst part is she spolies him rotten and will not make him mind.We split everything 50/50 so this saves me alot of money. Would you just suck it up as i plan on buying a house in 1 yr.so i really don't want to find anouther roommate i would just have to live alone and pay for everything 100%.

Have a straight out talk with her. Tell her to clean up after herself and her kid and to respect your shared living quarters. She most likely wont leave if you have this talk with her.

IŽd try to work things out with the roommate first and if she wouldnŽt change IŽd look for a better roommate
