Default In Phoenix is it a better deal to build a new home or buy existing. Our price...

...range is in the 300s? We are newer to the area so we are still getting a lay of the land. We want about 1750 - 2500 Sq ft. We have no kids, so schools are not a big priority. We would like to stay near the Phoenix Metro area (areas like Livine, Avondale, Mesa, Tempe, Chandler, are fine too.
Thanks!

Your Realtor should be able to point out to you the differences for you. That's what they get paid to do. Besides, most people on this venue aren't even in the US!
