No, you can't. Each of you has an interest in the whole property. What you have to do is file a "Partition Action" with your court. The court will order an appraisal of the property. If it's large enough to divide and undeveloped, you can split the property. If it can't be split, the other owners either have to buy your interest or it gets sold to another buyer. Partition actions aren't very difficult. The appraisal should be based on comparable sales in the area.
