Exclamation Real Estate & Adwords

We are interested to know how many real estate agents are using Google adwords to promote their listings & profile online?

The benefits for real estate agents when using a targeted PPC program such as "adwords" can be very high and very very cost effective. Google is the top tier of the online advertising platform if your not using adwords to promote your listings & personal profile then there is a very good chance you are missing out on sales and listings.

We are able to assist individual agents with setting up their online PPC advertising campaigns, please send me a PM (private message) for more information if your interested in getting the edge over other agents in your office or area. There is a lot to gain from being on top of the search results in your area.

I have used adwords with great results in the past - there are a few tricks and you should know how to set it up to get the very best results from it. If your not using it you are missing out on some very good very cost effective online exposure - it only takes one listing and sale to make it pay off in a big way!

Most of the PPC advertising solutions are subject to a certain degree of abuse - You need to know how to keep that abuse to a bare minimum. Google and the other big 2 are pretty good with claick fraud detection. Second tier PPC engines are not always so good. We mainly use Google unless a client has a specific reason to use the others.
