Default What is an unconditional withdrawal in real estate? Do I have to pay the agent

expenses incurred? I have 4 more months to go with my listing. The realtor says I am required to reimburse him for expenses before he will grant an unconditional withdrawal. He lists his expenses as installation and removal of sign, any ads placed, and cost of open house. Is this true?
