It looks as if the prices of houses in Spain are at last starting to come down. Yesterday the Housing Minister, Maria Antonia Trujillo, said that latest figures published suggest that trends in the Spanish property market were starting to change.
However, Trujillo declined to make any concrete prediction regarding a possible drop in house prices, or to comment on the possibility that Spain may soon be experiencing the same sort of downward trend in property prices as that experienced by the real estate market in Britain. She measured her words very carefully - "It is true that certain figures (related to the property market) indicate change". ------------from euroresidentes.com |

Really? I just make a trip to Spain and decide to move to there. And I want to sell my actual home and buy a new one there. But I don't know the real estate marketing very well there. I only know some area in some related sites of Spain, costa del sol property and buying property in spain . I want to know more about the property information in Spain. And I don't think living in the tourist places is a advisable choice, such as Barcelona and Tenerife.

Debate about Spanish property market
There still remains some confusion about the situation of the Spanish property market. Last Wednesday Nubricks, an overseas property blog, arranged a debate with three top Spanish property experts. These have discussed whether the Spanish property market will boom or bust in 2007. The debate mentions the possibility that the oversupply of properties will have its effect on the Spanish property market. These effects will only be restricted to the regions where this oversupply occurred. Malaga is a region which loses popularity because of their oversupply. According to the experts, the boom of the recent years is over and the Spanish property market is preparing itself for a soft landing. The rapid growth of recent years is slowing down which, eventually, results in more realistic prices. The Spanish market at the moment is a buyers’ market and not a melting market where properties will be given away under value. The properties in Spain include a much greater overall package and value than what is offered in the emerging markets. If looking for a holiday house or a permanent residence in Spain, now is a good time to look around. From realestate-dreams.com mallorca property tenerife property |
