Default I'm buying a house in the uk with my partner....?

If we split up, what are the implications of having tenancy in common or joint tenancy. Which would be easier and cheaper to manage if it all went pear shaped (i'm sure it won't but neither of us wants to get screwed if it does)

If you are going into this with this attitude, then your commitment to each other does'nt sound very solid to me,so I would'nt bother!
