As for this mistake in the listing. It is the responsibility of the agent to make sure the listing information and placement are correct. While they may have office staff to input the listing, the agent should get on-line and pull a copy from MLS to make sure everything is correct. Now you've wasted valuable time and probably precious buyers because of this. I'm an agent and I would be totally embarrassed. But this may have cost you money in the long run. You have options, you can fire them, you can make them market your home more aggressively with advertising and promotions (which is what I would do), or let it go. There is no returning the marketing time on your property now.
