Hello everyone, my name is Dave Kreitel in Henderson NV and working in the Mohave County,AZ area. I specialize in land and commercial sales. I just completed a 6-month project, The Mohave County, AZ Road Guide. I work in an area that there are very few maps for anyone like land owners, investors or realtors to use. Of course there are the parcel and plat maps however it's tough to get to the outlying parcels. I built the road guide to cut down on the amount of research time for me and all of the other agents. My book covers about 6500 square miles. It's also a great reference for any other realtors outside of this area who have clients looking for land in Mohave County. The website is mohavevu.com. Hello everyone! I am Chris Besinger from San Antonio. I sell new homes for Lennar via lennar.com.

It has some really great features on it. Realtors and anyone looking for a home can go to the site and request information on realtor bonuses, incentives, inventory, commute times... anything you don't want to have to do yourself when trying to sell someone one of our homes.

For example right now we are offering a $10,000 realtor bonus on all homes that write by end of day 6/30 and close in June, July or August. Not too bad...

I look forward to working and speaking with everyone. Our market is kinda shaky right now as it seems to be most places.
