Default Steps to becoming a Commercial Real estate Appraiser in Texas?

I am interested in starting a career in Commercial and residential appraisal. I am confused though as to what steps that I should take to get there. I was wondering if there was someone from Texas that could please tell me step by step what I should do. I know that I have to be a trainee but, I am confused as to what to do. I am going to do my classes though www.careerwebschool.com this online school was recommended by the college in my town. If someone could please give me steps that I would need to take I would appreciate it. Thank you so much!
