Default What is a typical commission for commercial real estate transactions?

I am working a large scale (61 million) purchase of a commercial center and was curious as to what the broker commission should be.

because the person u are helping to get a client gets a lot of money and by giving you a comission they know that you are gonna bring more people .

Is this on the RE side or Financing side?
The RE commision split should already be posted on listing.
