Band rehersal tenants
Hello.
Anyone here leases space to a band rehersal tenant? What are the chances that they aren't stable in income? Is it a good idea? Bad idea?

No, I have not leased any spaces to any band rehersal tenants. I am not sure of their credit. But I know there is a huge pool of these people out there like everywhere.

No, I don't even own real estate, but I would say that you check them like any other tenant.

Check them out. I know a lot of people in bands and they party a lot, so I would be careful. But that's just a portion of band members, so don't discriminate...
