Default Heavy industrial

Hey,

Anyone here purchased heavy industrial properties before? I am guessing there would be a lot of headaches involved(?)

Man, I would avoid these. They seem like the worst properties you could buy. Contamination, regulation, everything. It's bad times.

Yeah, let us avoid those. They have many many problems.... It might cost more to renovate than to buy land and build new...

Heavy industrial properties are for companies that have money and know what they are dealing with. There can be a lot of problems like contamination and stuff like that.
