Default Gas Station
Hey!

Anyone here invested in a gas station property? Is it worth it? Aren't most of them contaminated???

Yeah, a lot of gas stations are contaminated. Check with the local agency on environmental stuff..

Yeah, I have worked with some former gas station properties before and they are horrible. Very costly to clean up. Especially with costly US labor.
